Who are we?
We're a multi award winning agency specialising in organic marketing techniques. We are an online only agency, specialising in Search, Social and Content Marketing.
Our office is in a lovely converted stable in Herriard, Hampshire, between Basingstoke and Alton.
What do we do?
We use creative content marketing strategies to help grow businesses through search and social media.
What's the job?
We're looking for a digital designer to work with our content strategist and writing teams to help produce compelling content for our customers. This might be creating data visualisations for infographics or creating assets for a developer to work with to create an interactive resource. The digital designer will be working across a range of areas including fashion, travel and lifestyle and will need to be able to produce appropriate content for our clients' audiences and remain "on brand"
Who are you?
You're an experienced digital designer and this will preferably be your second or third role and you'll be keen to show your skills to new audiences. Degree education is not necessary to apply, though applications from graduates may be preferred.
You'll need to be enthusiastic, driven and possess initiative in spades. Being active on social networks and really understanding the internet are essential. You'll need to be working closely with the rest of the content team, but be independent enough to get work done under your own steam as well.
Is the following you?
- Naturally Creative with a real flair for design - whilst retaining the brand identity/styles
- Experience in using appropriate computer design tools (adobe suite etc)
- Ability to interpret and display data in compelling ways
- Have a wide experience of static and dynamic digital media
- Knowledge of HTML a bonus
What do you get?
You'll be joining a really close knit team and working as part of a small, vibrant start-up. Everyone gets a say in company decisions and there are a lot of ways that you'll be able to help the company develop. The initial salary for the role will be dependent on experience, qualifications, skills and portfolio but will be in the region of £18,000- £24,000 per annum plus a share of on target bonus.
You'll get a say in what machine you get to use (be it a PC or Mac, dependent on what you prefer to use) and the software and tools you'll need to do your job effectively. Once you've passed your probation, there will be additional benefits like attending conferences to learn and network with industry peers and thought leaders, there will be internal and external training available and a variety of team events and activities.
When do you start?
Tomorrow? Monday? As soon as you can. We should warn you though, where we're based in a wonderfully picturesque location, it's quite important that you have your own transport.
